We offer free standard shipping for bulk orders over $1000, for orders below that rate, shipping fee would be calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that bulk orders are considered final sale and non-returnable, especially customized bulk orders may not be eligible for return or exchange. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. If we determine that the item is eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Any returns must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. If any items are found to be used, damaged, or missing, the return may be rejected.

A 20% restocking fee may apply, while final fee may vary based on certain factors, for example, the actual cost of processing the return and any potential damage or loss of value to the product.
