We offer free standard shipping to the following countries/regions: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

For all other countries/regions, we also offer free standard shipping on orders above $99. If your order total is below $99, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We ship to most locations within the United States, and we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

Please allow us 1~3 Business Days for order processing after payment verification, which depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I track my order?

When we start processing your order, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How will my delivery be shipped?

4PX and Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Fun Sharings products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If you have a preference for a different shipper (UPS or FedEx for example), just tell us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

  • Certain products are not included in the free standard shipping list.
  • APO/FPO military addresses; Europe countries with islands can’t deliver.
  • For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.
  • In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, flight arrangements, and/or delays on the courier's end, it can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
  • Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Custom duty and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and if unpaid may increase shipping time. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
